We will match any Canadian authorized competitor’s regular listed price, and back every purchase with our Best Price Guarantee. Truth Treatments Canada must be alerted prior to purchase for price matching. While we require our retailers to adhere to product pricing standards, you may find that some authorized stores do not adhere to these policies. If you find a product listed at a lower price and the store is a verified authorized retailer, to receive the Best Price Guarantee, please send an email to info@truthskin.ca and provide us with a link, screen shot, or listing of the lower price along with the retailer’s information. Refunds are not available for orders previously placed. Proof of lower price must be valid at the time of purchase to receive price match.

Please note that our guarantee only extends to matching other authorized retailer’s pricing. This does not include Ebay, Amazon, or other unverified retailers. To verify if the store you are shopping at is an authorized retailer, please contact us directly and we will verify with the manufacturer.

SHIPPING POLICY
Truth Treatments Canada is dedicated to bringing you the best in skin health. We believe in providing premium products with 100% active and functional ingredients to promote a healthy, beautiful complexion. We offer Standard Canada Post Shipping.
- Orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment centre in Ottawa, ON Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.
- Free shipping on all oder of $150.00+
- Orders under $150 require a $19.99 shipping charge.
- Standard packaging
- For in-stock items, please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing.
- Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days once the package has been shipped.
- Please note free shipping does not include arrival on weekends and holidays. Truth Treatments Canada is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including address errors, transit delays, transportation failures, weather, and acts of nature.
- Email notifications will be sent along with order confirmation and tracking information.
RETURN POLICY
Truth Treatment Canada is dedicated to bringing you the best in skin health. If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact our Customer Support team within 14 days of the purchase date. We are more than happy to go over your concerns and discuss the best way to get the most out of your products. You may return any unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
To return an item(s), please call Customer Service at (780) 665-5568 or email us at info@truthskin.ca to inquire about your return.
- Include a copy of your invoice or full name, order number, mailing address and phone number.
- NO Returns or exchanges on supplements. All Sales are final on supplements.
- Items received more than 30 days after purchase date may not be returned.
- Only items purchased on Truthtreatments.ca website may be returned to Truthtreatments.ca.
- Items purchased through a 3rd party website or from a skincare professional retailer must be returned to their original point of purchase.
- Any damaged, defective, or incorrect products received MUST be returned within our 14-day policy or we cannot replace them.
- Truth Treatments Canada is not responsible for cost to reship orders placed with inadequate addresses.
- Refunds will be applied within three weeks of receiving return products, however, in many cases refund may arrive sooner.
